Bought a new Yamaha from these guys over the phone. My first experience of buying without seeing...
... The guys here were great. Greg talked me through every stage of the process, delivery and pickup of the px to the South of England was seamless. Friendly and helpful service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chorely Yamaha to anybody else.

After weeks of browsing the internet trying unsuccessfully to source the correct part for a Virago, I decided to ring Yamaha, Chorley. At last, I finally found someone , who was not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful, explaining in great detail just what I needed. DAVID, thank you so much for your help and assistance, wish I'd spoken to you weeks ago!

Greg and the team at Chorley Yamaha have been absolutely fantastic. I recently purchased an MT07 from them and the process couldn't have been easier. Greg was incredibly helpful throughout and ensured that I received all the details of the bike prior to purchasing including paperwork and photos. He was also able to arrange for delivery up to the North East of Scotland for the very next day. Amazing service - especially from Greg and I can't thank him enough for the service received. 5 Stars!

Received an amazing service from Mick at Chorley Yamaha. Everything was arranged over the phone or by email, regular communication and updates from Mick, couldn’t have been made any easier. Fantastic price, fantastic service and fantastic advice.

Had fantastic friendly service ,and the bike , a Hammer ,is absolutely minted. In my humble opinion Chorley Yamaha are exactly what a bike dealership should be. Totally recommend them.

I first contacted Yamaha Chorley looking for a new bike using their WhatsApp service, where after a few days of conversation I finally decided to purchase a yamaha r6 2017 model they had just got into stock. The bike was immaculate, the service was brilliant with very helpful staff. I further purchased a helmet at a discounted price, full carbon fibre.
Up on delivery, I was greeted by a very helpful delivery driver who was a fellow biker himself.
From the start of the experience, even to the very end, it was fantastic. I am very pleased and happy with my new bike!!

I bought my MT07 and had the pleasure of dealing with Mick ????
He really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.
It came advertised with heated grips and on arrival they didn’t work. He swiftly arranged a brand new set for me along with a couple of springs for the exhaust.
I usually hate dealing with people in sales but Mick was a breath of fresh air, thank you so much for everything ????

Spoke to Dean Friday morning regarding no running lights (led plus ) or horn on my Tracer. Took it to them Saturday morning all sorted within an hour, faulty indicator, new one fitted foc you can’t ask for better service than that !!

Excellent customer service from Mick Ollerton, even though I was part ex a bike for a good quality used one. The bike I purchased was fully inspected, given a 12 month MOT and a 3 month warranty. Kept me informed throughout. And delivered the bike to my home and collected my px bike. Thanks to all involved. Would definitely return if wanted to update my bike in the future. Definitely recommend.
